Triogical & Windows 7

Does anyone know if Triogical works on Win 7?
Are there any files to download besides the ......50.dll?

Est-ce que Triogical fonctionne sur Win 7 ?

I've added those files to the SysWOW64 folder on my computer and it works fine.

What about a Win 7 computer that runs a 32-bit version ?
Do we need to add the 3 files to the System32 folder ? Or is it only one or two files?

Yes I tried once and added msvbvm50.dll into system32 and I got a message about another missing file - PROGBAR.ocx I think, was a while ago - the thing is I don't know where to add it. Probably in system32 as well but I'd rather be certain before trying anything.

Is PROGBAR.ocx dangerous ?

I have no idea.

Do you think it's safe to add it into the folder and simply delete it if it doesn't work?

I just checked and Progbar.ocx is in my system32 file.
I probably put it there when I installed triogical.

Well, it is an old topic but I like to add that I play it now on windows 8.1 and it works great, out-of-the-box so no need to copy any files.
As you read an earlier topic of mine, I had problems at first but the only thing you have to keep in mind is that you need triogical to 'run as administrator', otherwise it won't work.
This last thing was only needed if you load new mapsets.

I haven't played Triogical much for years due to problem with Windows 7. It was always overheating my computer every time I run Triogical. Such a pain in the neck

I can't download your file because it seems to be in conflict with my OS.
Do somebody have an idea about how to solve this problem ? (I'm Félicien Bourdin, I used to play Triogical years ago but I stopped, I'd like to download again the file today)
